Prof. Er. Hari Pd Bhandari, born on June 21, 1965, in Chhetraput-2, Chitwan, is a distinguished educator with 35 years of experience. He holds multiple qualifications, including BE in Electronics and Communication, PGDCA, MBA, MBS, MPhil, and is a PhD scholar. As the Founder Principal of Oxford College of Engineering and Management in Gaindakot, Nawalpur, he has earned numerous awards for his contributions to education. Actively involved in over ten social organizations, his innovative approaches and dedication to community service have earned him a nomination for Nepal Education Award-Australia 2024, highlighting his significant impact on the educational sector.
